Whistleblowing System (WBS)
In order to achieve a Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Behavior and Company's Code of Ethics, companies need to develop a complaints system that is responsive, transparent, responsible, secure, also guarantee the confidentiality of identity.
Whistleblowing System is a platform for all users to convey suspicion of deception or violation allegedly done by officials by either officials/employees/partners/vendors/suppliers or other parties related to company.
The scope of complaints those are acted upon by whistleblowing system is as follows:
- 1. Fraud/deception/embezzlement of assets/corruption, leakage of information.
- 2. Unlawfull acts (including stealing, use of violence against employees or leaders, extortion, drug use, harassment, and other criminal acts).
- 3. Violation of Company Regulations, business ethics and Company’s Code of Conduct or politeness norms in general.
- 4. Abuse of authority/position and retaliation against individuals who report violations.
- 5. Conflict of Interest.
- 6. Corruption and bribery (including accepting or forcing compensation in the form of money/gifts/commissions or any form).
- 7. Other unlawful acts/behaviors which can cause harm to the company.
